The TPA was notified of four bank account changes that needed to be made to the current EFT file. These changes were made and a new file was distributed today, October 25, 2013. Please check your CGDP mailbox to confirm receipt. For these four records, we have updated the banking information, and the EFT Effective Date column with 10/25/2013.
